Some tops are just treated differently! We believe this one is something special! The details on this blouse are exceptional from the cute ruched neckline that wraps around and ties front center, to the semi ballooned sleeve, and back to the front center detail. A lightweight chiffon like material, is not see thru yet a solid burgundy color with florals allowing it to be worn without an undershirt. The sleeves are slightly ballooned with an elastic drawn end to hold the sleeve in place. The elegance of the sleeve is in the missing shoulder seam as it comes straight off of the collar line to the end of the sleeve where it gathers. The pretty neckline ties front and center dropping to a row of matching buttons that close on an elastic toggle.
