Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item that is in new and unused condition, please do not hesitate to contact us to receive a return authorization number. After you have the RA number for your item, please download and fill out a copy of our RA form. Your refund will be credited, less the cost of the original freight upon our receival of the item(s).

Items must be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging. We consider new/unused condition to be original product tags remain attached to the product in the original position, the product is in the original box (when applicable) without evidence of wear or damage, such as scuff marks, odors, stains, pet hair, etc. We ask that boots, shoes and other related items are shipped in a box that contains the boot/shoe box itself. If you have any questions regarding the condition of the product, please do not hesitate to contact the store!

If you are wishing to exchange an item, we ask that you send the original product back at your cost, and we will then send the new item to you at no charge. Be sure to legibly and completely fill out the RA form with relevant information regarding the desired product so that we can be sure that what we send will meet your needs.

Please note that clearance items of 25% off or more, special orders and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

We are always available during regular business hours to answer questions you may have.
