Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item that is in new and unused condition, please do not hesitate to contact us to receive a return authorization number, within 14 days of purchase. After you have the RA number for your item, please download and fill out a copy of our RA form, placing it in the box with your package. Your refund will be credited, less the cost of the original freight upon our receival of the item(s). Your RA number is valid for 14 days after authorization. We reserve the right to not accept packages without return authorization or after expiration of return authorization.

Items must be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging. We consider new/unused condition to be original product tags remain attached to the product in the original position, the product is in the original box (when applicable) without evidence of wear or damage, such as scuff marks, odors, stains, pet hair, etc. We ask that boots, shoes and other related items are shipped in a box that contains the boot/shoe box itself. If you have any questions regarding the condition of the product, please do not hesitate to contact the store!

We are unable to issue an exchange on products different than what was purchased. Once the item arrives back, a refund will be issued. You are invited to purchase the replacement product at any time during the process – although, we are unable to guarantee availability of the product after checking stock, as our store and website share inventories – so we encourage immediate purchase of the replacement.

If you are simply needing a different size in the same item ordered, we ask that you send the original product back at your cost, and we will then send the new item to you at no charge. Please reach out to us so that we can be sure to have the size you need. If you prefer to have the replacement size sooner, we invite you to purchase the size you need, and you will then be issued a refund once we get the original back. Be sure to legibly and completely fill out the RA form with relevant information regarding the desired product so that we can be sure that what we send will meet your needs.

Please note that clearance items of 25% off or more, special orders and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

To keep our prices low, we encourage you to visit our boot/shoe sizing guideline page to help you navigate the best fit possible before making your purchase, in an effort to eliminate excessive freight charges. We are always available during regular business hours to answer questions you may have. We invite you to visit with or contact us to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about products, our policies or anything else!

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first, otherwise we can not be sure to receive your return to credit you back in the correct manner.
